UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — First- and second-year Penn State students are invited to attend sessions through Link Penn State to learn more about the change-of-campus process.

Link Penn State will be held over two weeks, from Oct. 20-Nov. 1. During this time, students can attend virtual sessions from 13 campuses and seven colleges that will help them learn more about the campus change process, campus and college academic offerings, resources, support and community environments. The events are designed for both students who are already approved for a campus change and those who are considering a change.

Visit this link for a full list of participating Penn State campuses and colleges. Attendees are asked to register in advance.

Student Orientation and Transition Programs (SOTP) will also hold several general sessions throughout the two-week event:

  • Considering a Campus Change at Penn State
  • Current Change-of-Campus Student Panel
  • Virtual Housing Fair for Off-Campus Housing in State College
  • Next Steps in Considering a Campus Change

“Our aim is to help students explore the change-of-campus process and their academic options while also having enough time to plan for practical needs like housing and transportation during the next academic year,” said Becki Leonard, associate director for SOTP. “This is the first year we’ve offered Link Penn State, and we are thrilled with the number of participating campuses and colleges.”
